Chandos Civil Engineering have started work on the new National Speedway Stadium which is at the heart of the £11m Belle Vue sports village.

The village will include a 6,000-capacity speedway stadium, a national basketball centre and two state-of-the-art 3G football pitches.

Planning permission was granted in September 2014 and Chandos Civil Engineering appointed as the groundwork contractor in February 2015.
