From the outset the green field site posed some challenging design issues. The poor ground conditions dictated that the most cost effective solution was to lime stabilise the site before commencement. Due to the high specification of the new office park the programme of the finishing’s were key due to long lead times in Europe. Forward thinking from our site team enable the scheme to be handed over on time and to an excellent snag free standard
