Chandos work hard to build relationships across a wide spectrum of community projects, in particular diverse and successful sports programmes around our sites and are extremely proud and honoured to be sponsors of Dukinfield Golf Club Juniors.

Dukinfield Junior Section is run by Steve Maguire and Junior Captain, Ben Hughes. The team currently sit at the top of the Tameside League, having played 5 matches – won 4, drawn 1. Molly Hughes is the only unbeaten player, winning 5 of her matches, all against boys!! With 3 more matches the hopes are on the Juniors to win the league for the 1st time!! We wish them the all the very best of luck.

Great news from last weekend, 23^rd September 2017, Dukinfield Juniors won the Tameside Junior Golf League with a 3-2 win away at Denton.  Needing just 1 point, Molly Hughes sunk the winning put on the 11th hole to take the league back to Dukinfield after an 11 year wait!!  Chandos wish to congratulate them for their recent success.
